Description
The objective of this study is to compare the arthroscopic Bankart to arthroscopic anatomic glenoid reconstruction (AAGR) for treating recurrent anterior instability. The Western Ontario Shoulder Instability (WASI) Index will be conducted two-years post-op as the primary determinant of outcomes. Examining patients’ range of motion (ROM), strength, safety, the Disabilities of the Arm Shoulder and Hand (DASH) questionnaire, and CT outcomes will be used as secondary determinants of outcomes.
